[TenTec] Successful 20m net

We had 32 check-ins to the net this afternoon. We suffered
a bit of QRM, and moved up to 14.331 from 14.330.

Carl, N4PY, checked in several stations that were too
close to Austin for me to hear. Thanks, Carl!

Three Argonaut V's were heard, and user reports=20
and comments were given.
