Ooooops! In my earlier post I wrote "The result is a receiver with five stages of good crystal selectivity prior to the signal arriving at the DSP...". Guess I was in too much of a hurry. What I meant to say was that the the result is a receiver with five degrees of selectivity available to the user prior to the signal arriving at the DSP. They are, 6.0, 2.4, 1.8, 0.5 and 0.25 Khz. Someone here said they did this with the Omni VI as the front end. I'll bet that makes a really nice setup. -Lee- |
