The cable for Pegasus emulation is a standard 9 pin serial cable
from a serial port on your computer to the Jupiter.
You can leave the computer and Jupiter connected at all times
and run in Pegasus emulation mode whenever you choose.
However, this connection will not feed HamAlyzer. You must
have a sound card connection to use HamAlyzer. That connection
is made through the ACC1 connector on the rear of the Jupiter
using a Ten Tec #46176 cable. You can make you own cable if
you are so inclined. Anyway, once the sound card connection is
made, you will be able to use HamAlyzer and other sound card
programs like DigiPan, MMTTY, CwGet, etc.
Good luck,
