There is a trimmer on the tx bfo board which kicks in when in cw mode and
could be adjusted for any offset but there is no compensation for the
frequency display.
I think you will find 3 trimmers, one for LSB, USB and CW. It's been a while
since I've had a Paragon and my memory is vague.
