Maybe some of you guys can offer a clearer explanation, but as I recall,
Tentec suggested positioning the power supply on the left side of the Omni V
because of signal degradation?  It has been several months since I saw the
information. Heck, it may not even apply to this situation, but the info was
free
food for thought.
