[TenTec] Geihl chip?

I am new to the Ten Tec scene.  Can't figure out why I waited so long to
get one now.  Just added a Paragon to my shack and have seen several
postings referencing a Geihl chip.  Would someone please let me know
what enhancements I would get from the Geihl chip and where I can buy
one. Website?
