[TenTec] The Scout was noisy

OK, time for sacrilege.  I had a Scout which I thought
was noisy.  With the volume low, you could hear white noise.
The rig was mint and had not been abused.  I always found it
objectionable.   

I much prefer my Triton IV or Omni D.  Now those are real rigs.
