OK I'm working on this thing and I have now found that it is not the freq shifting, it is just the display shifting and the problem is in the band module - same band module in another radio - same problem ; different band module (same band) in this radio, no more problem - I suppose I could 1. get a new band module or 2. just live with it, but I would like to fix it - just picky I guess - so any ideas other than that it is normal? The other band module doesn't do it. Thanks for the replies and help. George W4LT |
