[TenTec] Help!!Omni C Problem

Hello All,

I recently bought a Omni C and PS 255.  The transceiver won't do much except
displays 9.000.0 on the display. I have no manual. Am I doing something wrong
upon setup?? Meter on PS says only 1/2 amp being drawn by radio. All lights
light and most functions like "notch" etc work.
Any suggestions on it??  Thanks in advance!!
