[TenTec] Pegasus Software

N4PY's latest sofware, version 1.48, has a new feature that allows file
control of most of the Pegasus functions. This means that those of us who
want play with our own control programs and find Windows/C++ programming
difficult, can now do our own thing in any language that allows file
creation. Thanks Carl!!
