I would bet the light is LED, and the wiring to that one lamp is long enough
to resonate with other circuit components on the band you were using. Can
you try another band, and see if it still picks up the RF? What band were
you on? It is fairly easy to resonate on 10m with typical car wiring
lengths back to battery.
