Are you trying to tell me something you THINK I don't know?

By the way 1000 ohms of a full wave double zepp transforms to 22.5 ohms
through a quarter wave of the double coax line and can still be out of
the range of many tuners, especially those that use a 4:1 balun to drop
that to 5.6 ohms for the tuner. That's still out of the tuning range of
most tuners.

Open wire line has higher Z and work better for tuned antenna. Coax,
even the shielded coaxes in push-pull is on the low side of the
impedance for happiness at most tuner outputs. Leads to melted parts or
failure to match.

Twinlead pulled through by metal is affected more than a little by the
presence of that metal. Its not shielded.

Working for a LOW SWR may kill you but a well matched antenna system
that doesn't need to be forced to resonance, especially at VHF, will
radiate and hear better. Open wire line at VHF DOES radiate even when
balanced. Been there used it. Works better with matched coax. A low SWR
may not be an indication of match, it may only be an indicate of excess
line loss.
