It was perfectly clear. I just don't think power should be used as a
multiplier. Put different power groups in separate categories as they do
in SS. That was my point. Having an equivalent to the SS categories
(A,B,Q,...) isn't necessary. If we do have a NR we need to know the
category (to not become discouraged!!)
