I have a Pegasus (Jupiter without panel) and an Omni VI+. I have used it in
a full year's worth of CW and SSB contests. The Omni has more sensitivity
and is more useful at band openings and closings and on SSB has a speech
processor. The Pegasus more easily integrates with the computer for logging
and transmitting audio files and with the noise reduction and fidelity is
much more easy to listen to for long periods of time. The only time the
Pegasus gives me any trouble is with a VERY strong nearby signal. This will
get by the front end filters and pump the AGC. Have used the Pegasus on 40
meter SSB DX contests and with the 20 dB attenuator engaged works fine. You
cannot hear an S1 signal on the DX portion of 40 meter SSB during a contest
so use the attenuator and hear the remaining signals without intermods. The
Omni does not have a problem with close in VERY strong signals. Don't even
know they are there with a pair of 250 Hz filters!

I feel the Omni has an edge on CW because of the way the oscillators and
filters are set up but the Pegasus is much more pleasant to listen to for
SSB work.

Hope this helps.
