Hi Gary,
Does the Triton IV have a crystal installed for that segment? That could be
the problem.
Also, I had a Triton IV analog which was having problems with 10 meters. Was
not transmitting and auxiliary digital dial read only 9 Mhz. The problem was
in the bandswitch. There is another bandswitch in addition to the large knob
and the smaller 10-meter only knob. It is behind the front panel and linked
to the large bandswitch. The linkage was loose in mine so all the necessary
switching wasn't taking place. Once I repaired it, the Triton worked great.
It did require removing the front panel and all the knobs to get to it.
