These snap on ferrites are generally used to go around power cords or printer cables. I am not sure what the part number is but they are standard stock at RS. You put one in each of the leads connecting to the scout, as close to the Scout as you can get it. Wrap as many turns around the ferrite as you can and snap it shut.
