Although I'm not familiar with the TenTec filters you have, the older TenTec 
"open filters" allowed the opportunity to easily change the filter capacitor 
values and thereby change the bandwidth of the filters... either narrower or 
wider.  This I've done on numerous Argosy filters to great success.
