There's no monitor feature on the Omni VI.
I put a "Y" cable that I got at Radio shack in the output of the sound
card. One side of the "Y" goes to the Omni audio input and the other
goes to the computer speakers. When I don't want to hear the RTTY or
PSK31 signal (usual mode of operation) I just turn off the computer
speakers. This also let's me hear the computer audio when I am not using
it with the radio.
