Rick,
I don't know about "phone" control, but there are several that are
controlled via the web. You may want to go to
http://www.ralabs.com/webradio/ for a good start. I'm sure it can be done
via a bulletin board type setup or via a remote control system like Timbuktu
(and many others). You should be able to do it via any program that allows
you to take control of another computer.
