This sounds like great news Jeff, esp since I do all
of my cw (and ssb for that matter) operating on my
beloved Omni VI (opt 3). Bit confused though - I
thought that the cw tone of the Omni VI+ is a well
documented controversy, and not necessarily considered
to be beyond reproach??? I also have to admit that
when monitoring my own cw signal on my second rig, it
really doesn't sound perfectly pure toned. Just being
honest. Perhaps this is a different issue than you
brought up . . .
