[TenTec] Tentec RX-320 background noise level

What should the S-level be on the RX-320 with the antenna
connected to
a 50 ohm dummy load?  I suspect S-0 or S-1.  Mine is S-15!,
but the noise
coming from the speaker does not bear this reading out.
