Now that we have gotten a good explanation on the real and user imagined
problems for the Scout we find that it is a darn good rig with few flaws and
does exactly what it was designed to do! But, the problem is, it has no where to
go. TT can not improve on it so we can not expect a Scout II or even a version
with problem fixes (there are none to fix). It is a dead end. It is in the class
of the Zippo lighter, the marble, pop corn, the dipole...!!! The only way TT
will ever come out with some completely different but totally as functional rig
is when no one buys the Scout any more. But will they stop buying them?
Nooooooo, all those hard core TT fanatics, they just keep buying and buying
and..... It's a sad sad situation, all that money and no place to spend it ^_^
