Has anyone built the short wave receiver kit #1254? Would you mind passing
along your thoughts on how the radio performs? I have gone through nine eye
operations and my vision has really been compromised. A few years ago I
wouldn't have thought twice about such a project - but today, well, I am
unsure. Would you comment as to the difficulty in building this rig? Were
there lots of really small parts like chip resistors to install? Would I be
able to do it with a magnifying light? Thanks for your help. Dave, WA1RD
