I don't think so. It is very important for any business to have high quality in
all aspects of their business. This is even more important when it involves
communications with their customer base. We expect TT to have the best products
and service for their products. And, in my opinion, they do. I expect that they
should have just as high of a standard for their Internet based services.
Unfortunately, they do not. There may be many valid reasons why this is so and I
will give them the benefit of the doubt and agree that they are doing as much as
they can. However I think it is quite proper to freely state that they have room
for significant improvement in this area. If they were to poll this group and
ask "What do you think of our Internet based services?" they would get few well
dones and many "well, since you asked...".
