[TenTec] Triton IV Low Output

My little Triton IV analog transceiver hears good but has low power output.
Runs about 5 watts.  Bias, ALC, drive all set normally.  Voltages  normal
except for the 13.8v dc on the output module which drops to about 11v dc at
key down.  Heat sink gets hot quickly.

Any ideas?
