If you haven't already, learn how to read the propagation reports and watch the
WWV numbers. PacketCluster allows you to pull a history of WWV reports with the
sh/w command. Want to look at the last 20? sh/w/20 This takes a little of
the mystery out of what you're seeing. Bob Locher, W9KNI's "Complete DX'er"
book has a section on propagation reports, and there are a few others available
on the web - can't find one at the moment or I'd post the URL.
