Are todays radios really any better than those made 25 years ago?
Where are the advances in dynamic range?
The Drake "C" line receiver was capable of about 110.
I notice some of the "new" radios spec out at about 90.
Are we moving forward or sliping backwards in this quest for new bells =
and whistles?
On any given signal, If I close my eyes, can I hear the difference =
between the Omni V rev. A and the Onmi VI+ rev. whatever
or do I need expensive test equipment to measure the improvements?
