After 37+ years of hamming I still "practice" my CW receiving skills.  I do
this by copying IN MY HEAD conversations that are being sent at least 10 -
20 WPM faster than I can normally copy.  I have found this to be the best
technique for improving one's receiving skills.  You will be surprised at
how well this method works.

I like that--just do it.  I plan to, just gotta remember the code once
again.  Practice practice practice.  Amazing how slow 5wpm sounds when
you're listening to 20wpm, but it's also amazing how much better I copy
at 5wpm after practicing at 20wpm.
