[TenTec] IR 756 Filter

I am interested what the symmetry of this new filter is like.  A quick check
is whether or not USB sounds as good as LSB, and the relative position of
the BPT knob for each.  I have the INRAD 2.8 kHz filter in my Omni VI/3 and
it made a world of difference over the stock 2.4 kHz filter.
