Hi Tom -- The manuals are available from Ten-Tec. They charge a bit for
them, but do a fine job with the copies of fold-out pages, etc.
The final amplifier in that Century 21 rig is its weak link. You ought
to be able to get needed parts shipped out pronto from their service
department, phone (423) 428-0364. When (and if) you replace the
final(s), be sure to set the current limiting in the power supply so it
will protect your new final.
If you are not familiar with Ten-Tec supplies, once the current exceeds
the limiter setting, the power supply shuts off to protect the final
amplifier.
And yes, Ten-Tec will probably service it for you, call the above number
and make inquiry. They have a very good service department but you can
save yourself some money by replacing the final yourself.
