Apparently the RF Board and Noise Blanker are different on the II than the
I. Not sure exactly what the differences are but one of the reflector
readers sent back a note stating that when the II came out he replaced his
I's RF Board and Noise Blanker board with the "newer" one. He also said it
was not worth the money or time to do it. Noticed no difference.
