[TenTec] WTB: Noise Blanker for Scout/Argo

I would like to purchase a Noise Blanker for my newly acquired (used) Argo. It 
is TT model 297. TTs price is $19.50. Does anyone out there have one that they
would prefer to have a ten in their hand instead of...? Shipping should be
less than a dollar.
