[TenTec] Model 1254 ?

Hello all,
I just received my Dec. issue of CQ and it shows a new Kit.
The Ten-Tec 1254 receiver.  I am very interested in a kit like this.
Is it available yet?   How Much?
It would make a nice Christmas present !!!
