[TenTec] Omni IV built in Keyer

Howdy -  I don't understand the question.  The keyer is not noisy,
maybe you refer to the t/r relay?  That annoys me, but I plan to pot
mine in something that will quiet it down, it shouldn't be too hard
to do.
