[TenTec] TT 525D Low Power

Hello,

I have a 525D that has an interesting quirk.  I hope maybe someone can
help me.

In the "HIGH" position, I can adjust my power from 50W down to 0.
When I switch to the "LO" position, I can only get 2W max.

If I am in the high position, adjust for 5W, then switch to "LO", the
power drops to 2W.

The led comes on at 50W on the "HIGH" setting, and 2W at the "LO"
setting.  Can this be adjusted out, or is something really wrong?
