Hi Grant:
The OMNI V and VI both have the optional "NAR" filter option
which is for an extra 9 MHz filter. The standard 1.8, 500
and 250 filter positions are for the 6.3 MHz IF filters. Thus,
you can choose ONE of the 9 MHz filters for use in the OMNI V
or VI. If you pick up a VI + , you can choose TWO extra
9 MHz filters.
