A fellow QRPer whom I hold in high regard expressed annoyance
privately at my "daily" FS posts on the Argo and other equipment.
While they were not daily (a little forgivable and understandable
licence on the part of my e-mail correspondent), they have been too
frequent. Not to mention, I had forgotten the request of the list
owner that "sold" updates not be posted to the list. Yet another
transgression. I'll be in confession and doing penance for months!
My apologies, to those here (QRP-L) and on TenTec reflector, for my
very embarrasing lack of respect for the lists.
I still have not received a definitive answer on the ceasation of
production of the Argo 556 -- will post when I recieve one, since
this is the last major multi-band QRP gear produced. I saw the
message on TenTec, but deleted it accidentally.
Again, my apologies ...
