[TenTec] Ten Tec wattmeter kit?

Hello Ten Tec gang,
        I have a question for anyone out there that has built the wattmeter 
kit.  On the 20 watt setting, what is the lowest marked wattage; 1, 
2, 5 watts?  Also, how accurate is the wattmeter at QRP levels?
How about its performance on 2 meter?  Thanks in advance.
