Hello Jim,
I have a Scout 555 , If you could compair the receiver on the two
rigs you would never have any doubt, The Scout has some of the best
audio I have heard from any rig, Qsk with excellant wave forms, and
a very quiet receiver,and by far the best noise blanker of any of
the small rigs .As for changing modules I dont consider that a problem
at all.
