Obviously, things were moving along a bit too smoothly, My antennas are all
demonstrating nice, flat SWR in the band segments I want it flat. My
homebrew remote antenna switch is working great. My computer interface to
the radio works. The new remote tuning unit for the Omni VI is working and in
place.

While in QSO with OM3EY on 80m, I wondered why Edo suddenly started
transmitting back to me saying 73. I signed with him and moved on,
wondering why. It wasn't until a few minutes later when I tried to call OK1DXZ
that I saw by my wattmeters (two Daiwas) and the Omni VI FWD meter that I
had no power out. Apparently, my output power had gone to zero during my
QSO with Edo and he thought I had finished my transmission or had simply
disappeared.

I have checked everything I know and want to risk to check.

There is no output on the dummy load, paddle keying or TUNE keying.

Inside, the T voltage is going from 0 to 10.7 v on keydown, and R voltage is
going from 8.50 to 0 v on keydown. TD is going from 0 to 3.17 v on key down.

There is no relay voltage for the Aux Relay during key down.

The ALC light is on from PWR minumum through about 10 o'clock at which
point it extinguishes.

I can see just a hint of meter movement on the wattmeters at full power out.

IC is about 2A (interpolated between 0 and 5A marks on the meter).

I can hear the LP filter board K1 relay keying in the back of the radio.

Anyone experience anything similar? Any quick solutions?

Of course, this happens Friday night and Ten-Tec Svc is closed on Saturday.
I'll definitely be on the phone with them Monday morning. My boss may not
like me waltzing in after being off for two weeks and getting on the phone to
talk about my radio, but say-la-vee!

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

73,
