I was just poking around in the rec.radio.amateur.* newsgroups.
in rec.radio.amateur.equipment I found only one reference to Ten-Tec
in a couple hundred subject lines.
If I was an inexperienced ham, I would believe that because it was not
not mentioned in the newsgroup, Ten-Tec either did not exist or that
hams did not have their equipment in any substantial numbers.
I guess it goes to show that there can be a downside to customer
satisfaction and quality equipment, at least in this specific regard.
Maybe we should go over there and drop a "Geez! I love my Ten-Tec"
message on the newsgroup from time to time.
