Ok - got it working. Ed was kind enough to send me his setup which seemed
completely identical to mine (except it was working...). Long story short -
the issue was with WinTelnetX and not TRLog. When I moved from 4.0 to 4.13
the glitch went away. The fact that it worked fine with 679 made me suspect
TR.
