It tells you how many times you changed bands.
It makes a guess at how many 2nd radio QSOs you made.
It does this by counting any single QSO on a different
band as a second radio QSO.

So the 15CW is assumed to be a second radio QSO.
Of course what happens alot in every contest is this:

15CW
15CW
20CW
20CW
It will miss those two consecutive 2nd radio 15 meter
contacts because it is not as smart as you and I are.
But I find overall it is a pretty good relative
count of how many 2nd radio QSOs I am making.
