[Trlog] IARU MULT check in POST?

Hi Tree:

Are you planning an update before the IARU log due date?  If not, which 
earlier version would do the mult check - I find it useful to catch obvious 
typos.

And I guess I can add the SECTION in the .cbr log.

TRLog is still the best.  thanks for your hard work, N6RO
