[Trlog] Config for county rover

Anyone have a good  system for operating a rover station?
I'd like to automate the following actions into one:
* note in log to indicate the new county name, as in alt-N
* flush the dupe file as in alt-K
* reprogram the F# memories for the new county as in alt-V (filename)

The Oregon QSO Party is May 10.
