Try messing with USE BIOS KEY CALLS. I don't know if that will help with
CTRL-PGDN/UP, but it is worth a shot.
ALT-D SCP would be nice. Wouldn't it also be nice to be able to use the band
map to navigate the inactive radio? How about have the call in the band map
(if there) show up in the ALT-D window as a suggestion (a keystroke would
erase it and allow you to enter a new one)? How about direct freq entry for
the inactive radio? There are others I would like to be working on too, but
can't rail them off the top of my head.
