[TRLog] QTC's on 2 computers ...

OK ... I am seeing a problem with the QTC not tracking 
from one machine to the other.

QSO/scoring/etc info IS tracking ... but if PC A sends a QTC, 
PC B is not being told that information ... result = confusion as
PC B then will send the info that has already been sent.

Ideas here as this means I can only send QTC's on 1 rig ...
