[TRLog] Floppy backup

Thanks for all the responses.  Here's a summary.

1.  Doesn't matter if the last few Qs don't get saved to the floppy. 
It's for backup in case of disaster.  If there was no disaster you don't 
need the floppy file.

2.  Use ALT-F to force a save to floppy before closing TR.

3.  Unless computer is very fast floppy file save slows things down for 
a moment so saving as frequently as every tenth Q may not be a good idea.
