[TRLog] Where can I get a copy of SBDVP.exe?

Hello,
 I am interested in setting up a Digital Voice Keyer. I found some
documentation on using TR Log with a Sound Blaster card, but I cannot
find a copy of the SBDVP.exe file anywhere! I did see within the
C:\log folder a DVPTSR.exe program, but I am assuming I need both to
use the DVK functions within TR.

 Can anyone help? I did follow a link to "ftp://fermi.la.asu.edu/pub";,
but it does not work.
