I have just tried the .cfg below with TR-log ALL647 and it works perfectly?

Hi Larry
I am setting up TR for multi opp use and have run into a strange packet
problems using two PC with 2 serial ports on each with a very simple .cfg's
My problems are as follows:-
CTRL-U will not work on PC-1 with the rig connected.
CTRL-U works great on PC-2 but has not got a rig connected.
PC 1 & 2 sees all packet over the network with out any problems, I can also
send instructions to the TNC from both PC's
Below are my simple test.cfg
